Trellis Apartments

Have lived here for 9 years now and current maintenance man, Dustin, is the best we have ever had! Trustworthy and kind. Responds quickly. Has a very calm demeanor and very good at what he does. He is the reason the place stays as nice as it is - his attention to the property is very appreciated.

Theresa was very patient with all my questions and answered all of them with ease. She was awesome and very knowledgeable. The floor plans looked amazing.

I applied to a few apartments and right away Theresa was responsive. She helped answer all questions and was supportive when getting information was difficult from old apartments. Very happy with my new place! Plenty of space for me and my little guy!

I have been a tenant at Trellis for a year and the customer service I receive regularly from Hannah (Assistant Mgr) and Melanie (Property Manager) has been excellent. I have moved through different states for work and rented in many locations throughout the years. The level of attention to detail, prompt response to tenants' needs, and follow up on any concern or commentary I have written to Management, has always been answered promptly, professionally, and with a solution plan as to when the... item would be addressed.

There are many locations from which to rent in Federal Way or Tacoma, but you would be hard pressed to find a better professional and attentive customer service than what you would get at Trellis. I recommend you taking a close look at this property and management structure.
