Great experience, love the monthly events and great staff With a great view on the fourth floor and higher would recommend too many. Lobby looks amazing love getting coffee there, and interacting with the staff when a problem occurs the staff staff takes care of it very quickly, which makes it a great living Community.

Prose Kent is a great place to live! The neighborhood is quiet, amenities are modern, and maintenance is always quick to respond. I’m very happy with my experience here.

Overall, my experience living here has been good, but there are a few things worth mentioning. When I first moved in, there were some issues in my apartment that needed fixing. Thankfully, maintenance was pretty quick to respond and got most of them taken care of, which I appreciated. The apartment itself is a good size for the price, and the layout works well for me. The neighborhood feels safe.
The only real downside has been the guest parking situation. I pay for my own parking spot, so... that’s not an issue, but there’s very limited street parking nearby. It usually ends up being taken by residents who don’t want to pay for a space, which makes it difficult when you have visitors Lee mas

Moving to a new place can be stressful but Prose made the move-in process easy and seamless and they were helpful and courteous. The unit was clean and the layout flows nicely.

Samantha was so kind and helpful. She made the move in process as smooth as possible. Such a beautiful community! I can’t wait until I am fully moved in.
