Bad customer service

Janice is very unprofessional and lacks the customer service skills expected of a property manager. Whenever residents bring concerns or complaints to her attention, she often responds by looking at them as if they are unreasonable, rather than listening and addressing the issue. I have also found her to be dismissive and, at times, gaslighting when legitimate concerns are raised.

The parking situation is another major issue. Despite there being plenty of available parking spaces, obtaining a... second parking spot is unnecessarily difficult. Janice placed me on a waiting list even though I was willing and able to pay for the additional spot.

Once you move in, it feels like resident concerns are no longer a priority. In my case, my move-in deposits were not properly credited toward my move-in fees. As a result, I was charged an additional fee for an amount that should have already been accounted for. This situation could have been avoided with better attention to detail and communication.

Overall, my experience has been frustrating due to poor customer service, lack of accountability, and unresolved resident concerns.

Have lived here for two months or so and have very limited to no complaints. Easy to get to work, relatively nice/new building, but Seattle night life is a little far away.

I recently moved into Prose Kent Apartments, and so far my experience has been great. The move-in process was smooth, and the leasing team was helpful, professional, and welcoming from the start. The apartment itself feels modern, clean, and comfortable, which made it easy to settle in right away.

I also really appreciate the overall community and location. Everything feels well-maintained, and it’s a nice place to come home to. I’m happy with my decision to move here and would definitely... recommend Prose Kent to anyone looking for a new apartment in the area.
