Apartment design is very modern and clean. Noise levels are little to none. I adore the fact that there are community events every month. Best part of my day is seeing all the doggies go in and out of the building and cats sitting on the window. However I do have an issue with the limited parking situation. There isnt any designated space for guests to park and even i have trouble finding street parking for my second car. I fear if i leave i wont be able to find a spot again. An parking audit... must happen soon but there isn't any guarantee on the timing of when it will happen. The gym is very sleek and clean but its small enough that if there is another person you’ll likely end up having to wait for them to finish using a certain piece of equipment since quantity is limited. Great experience, love the monthly events and great staff With a great view on the fourth floor and higher would recommend too many. Lobby looks amazing love getting coffee there, and interacting with the staff when a problem occurs the staff staff takes care of it very quickly, which makes it a great living Community.

Prose Kent is a great place to live! The neighborhood is quiet, amenities are modern, and maintenance is always quick to respond. I’m very happy with my experience here.

Overall, my experience living here has been good, but there are a few things worth mentioning. When I first moved in, there were some issues in my apartment that needed fixing. Thankfully, maintenance was pretty quick to respond and got most of them taken care of, which I appreciated. The apartment itself is a good size for the price, and the layout works well for me. The neighborhood feels safe.
The only real downside has been the guest parking situation. I pay for my own parking spot, so... that’s not an issue, but there’s very limited street parking nearby. Moving to a new place can be stressful but Prose made the move-in process easy and seamless and they were helpful and courteous. The unit was clean and the layout flows nicely.
