Just moved in…loving it. Great location, love the slower pace away from the city. Neighbors seem nice and friendly. Best way to communicate with the staff is through email. Don’t bother with calling, never received a call back from a message left.

Living at ProseKent is the ideal location, just south of Auburn Outlet Malls and north of downtown Seattle. Refreshing to walk into your building have some late night coffee while reading a book. This community offers a safe space and prompt attention from Management and staff alike. Janice the assistant Manager will always make you feel welcome, and will go above and beyond . so make Prose your home you wont regret....

I recently moved into this apartment, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. The apartment is clean, modern, and very well-maintained. From the moment I walked in, I noticed how bright and welcoming the space feels. The layout is practical and comfortable, with plenty of natural light coming through the windows. The building itself is quiet and feels safe. Common areas are clean and well cared for. The management team has been responsive and professional, making the whole move-in process... smooth and easy.

Overall, this apartment truly feels like home already. I’m very satisfied with everything so far and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to live.
