Waterbrook Lofts and Apartments

Definitely not a good property mgmnt. They failed to update my forwarding address and move-out statement was sent to collection agency w/o properly notify in any fashion. When confronted, they lied and denied wrong doings and did not admit they messed up others credit and did not apologize on their end. When contacted upper management, all we got was a statement broken down on what was charged. That was not what we were looking for. We requested them to retract the move-out fees from debt... collector and restore our reputation but they ignored that and proceeded to inform us it's out of their hands. Very poor management skill. Glad i saved my email copy showing i've informed and forwarded management with my new address and also was told they will forward any remaining balance to new address. The leasing office dared to tell me they've sent it back to my old address, How would one will receive anything if forwarding mails were sent back to previous address? This place is ridiculous and management certainly doesnt care about resident. Security isn't good neither. Multiple car thefts occurred during my time of stay and the surrounding is poorly lit.
Look elsewhere, this isnt the place or management you want to live/work with. If there's a ZERO star i'd give it w/o hesitation. Lee mas

Water Brook Lofts and Apts in Kent, WA is not the place to live! Work is slip shod, Management is non responsive with a disinterested out of state owner. They do not keep their word. Several people have broken leases to escape from this place. Not the place for anyone with special needs. Very expensive for what you get. Maintenance work is the cheapest I have ever seen. and the grounds are unkempt. In our opinion these people can not be trusted.

With a new baby on the way, my husband and I were looking for something that would fit our growing family. We were lucky enough to move into a newly renovated 2 bedroom apartment and absolutely loved it. The view from our balcony overlooked the pond which was calming and soothing to my newborn baby. We had a reserved covered parking space but the area next to our unit had plenty of open parking spaces for guests. The new management was excellent and returned calls promptly.

Stay away you can find nicer apartments at a better price and the office NEVER answers when you call.

I needed something that would help my girlfriend adjust into being in an apartment, and Waterbrook has done just that. There's little to no noise at all, neighbors are nice and courteous, and the office staff is phenomenal. They've made it easy for us to settle down and call our apartment our home. We're right in the middle of everything as well, so it is very easy to get to the downtown area, restaurants, grocery stores, you name it.
