Fast and efficient service! I submitted multiple requests on separate days which were all handled within the same day for each request! All issues were fixed and I was very happy with the service and communication.

Management is truly the best! :) Same-day solutions for maintenence requests, service-oriented, and helpful staff. Always smiling and ready to listen to the residents. Would highly recommend Kirkland Crossing as a perfect place to call home. :)

Love my apartment home! I moved back from Arizona after 29 years and ended up in Kirkland with all of my brothers. Kirkland Crossing is peaceful and located at the crossroads of everything - Bellevue, the 520 to Redmond and Seattle, the Lake! Railroad Trail a block away, and still neatly tucked away enough that you don't have too much traffic. The staff are friendly, professional, and caring. I am grateful to have found a beautiful, friendly place where I trust my fellow residents and feel... comfortable any time of day and night. The apartments are well constructed and attractive and very pet friendly. the grounds are pretty and well kept and the additional amenities like the gym, game room and roof top patio complete the package.
I would recommend this location to anyone, and the price is mid-range for the area and similar apartment homes.

Great move in I didn't have a single issue while moving in. The process was very smooth and the people working there were quite helpful.
