Windhaven Chalet Apartamentos

Just as most of oak Harbor rentals, these studios are overpriced and outdated inside. They smell old and have mold growing in the windows and bathrooms. The manager is a nosey busy body that runs back to the property management company reporting lies on tenants, rather than finding out facts himself. They also have the audacity to list all of these restrictions in the lease, yet the studios don't even meet the standards they expect you to keep. I'll be glad when my lease is up and wouldn't... recommend these pieces of garbage to anyone, or the crooked company that manages them which is Koetje. When I moved in the unit was half clean yet they have this long cleaning list they expect us to follow that exceeds how the unit was upon moving in. Lee mas
