Prosser Garden Apartments

i live here now less than 40 days . Management knew the hot water tank was going out and put me in. no adequate hot water for daily use. no security... no key to lock storage. no front porch light for entry under staircase, very dark not safe. Ants and black mold. I was told it was like new by TINA. 6 inspections 2 of them, ERIKA came in told me she'd get new tank. (DEC 3rd) took pictures, came on 5th took more pictures violation of my personal property taking pictures of my things. these... should have been taken before renting. Management can't follow their lies and deception was told I owed more money for deposit when in was in their paper work wrong, their paper work... the money was in the rent. Management is rude, nasty, and disrespectful. They look down their noses at the people they rent to banking all the way. I still have no adequate hot water.
