I've rented all over pullman and dabco is by far the best, Christina in the office is amazing, always helps whenever I have questions. Its quiet and peaceful, the tenants are very nice. The landscaping around property is amazing and the grass is always green.

Takes your deposit for cleaning even if you have picture proof of it being spotless. Pretty overpriced for a run down room especially compared to other apartments in the area. The also may raise your rent part way through a lease.

Going from Campus Commons where I was living with rats, mice, and spiders Pimlico is like heaven. Its clean, spacious, and the management has very good customer services. Management was very quick and well organized when it came to moving in and getting the paperwork done. Definitely an upgrade.

One of the make or break points in choosing an apartment to rent through comes down to management. In the 5 years that I've been renting in Pullman I've never had such a wonderful experience with management as I have had with this current one. I've never rented through Dabco before but was instantly sold the moment I had my first inquiry here at Pimlico. Management for Pimlico is very understanding of situations, will truly listen and try their best to give you your best options. They are also... flexible with your schedule and on top of all your concerns immediately. The apartments themselves are very new, all of the appliances are new and good quality. You get a storage closet which is really nice along with a patio and a view if you're like me on the 3rd floor. Looking forward to a fantastic year! Lee mas

Apartments are new & in great quality. Worth the cost for the services & amenities you receive living here. They have been very helpful & personable through the application process. Staff is persistent with communicating any updates & answering every question in a timely manner.
