Poor data management of parking garage, cleanliness of parking garage, consistent communication with all tenants during service requests, enforcement of security of parking garage entrances (doors don’t require keycard access/are damaged for weeks at a time), and inflated prices for the area. Were kept alive but will be leaving as soon as our lease is up.

Really helpful staff for moving in. Maya really helped me with all needed paperwork.
Apartments have amazing noise cancelling, and everything inside apartments feels top tier.

Love the atmosphere, amazing price, great location, and friendly environment. It just needs some maintenance, and that’s it. Overall, it’s a great place to be.

I am ok living here, but I have become dissatisfied with several aspects of the building. I do not like the layout of my current unit and the units feel sterile and not homey. However, the location is good and I feel safe here.

The unit itself is clean, updated, and well-maintained. The atmosphere is quiet, allowing for a peaceful living environment. The neighbors here are friendly and respectful. One of the highlights is the location, which is conveniently situated near shops and public transportation. Communication with the management team has occasionally been a bit unpredictable and slower than I would have liked. There were times when responses took longer than expected, which made coordinating certain issues a... little challenging
