Bell Overlake Apartamentos

I am ok living here, but I have become dissatisfied with several aspects of the building. I do not like the layout of my current unit and the units feel sterile and not homey. However, the location is good and I feel safe here.

The unit itself is clean, updated, and well-maintained. The atmosphere is quiet, allowing for a peaceful living environment. The neighbors here are friendly and respectful. One of the highlights is the location, which is conveniently situated near shops and public transportation. Communication with the management team has occasionally been a bit unpredictable and slower than I would have liked. I recently moved into Bell Overlake apartments, and my experience so far has been fantastic! The leasing process was smooth, and the management team has been responsive and helpful. The apartment itself is clean, well-maintained, and exactly as advertised. I love the amenities. The location is convenient, with easy access to grocery stores, public transport, restaurants.

I stayed here in corporate housing for two months, liked the community and moved in as a resident. Located in a accessible location to grocery stores.

Great place to live! However, there’s not much maintenance in common areas, especially the stairs and in the parking lots. I like how peaceful it is.
