Poor data management of parking garage, cleanliness of parking garage, consistent communication with all tenants during service requests, enforcement of security of parking garage entrances (doors don’t require keycard access/are damaged for weeks at a time), and inflated prices for the area. Were kept alive but will be leaving as soon as our lease is up.
