When I first moved in, I noticed the unit hadn't been cleaned properly, if at all. There were also multiple broken items, the microwave, cabinets, etc. All these concerns were reported on my inventory and condition form, but no remedy was offered by the property management team. The neighbors are loud and inconsiderate. Multiple residents have dogs and they bark frequently throughout the day and night. Furthermore, the residents with balconies overlooking the courtyard leave their balcony doors… open, so they loudly bang against the railing and wall at all hours. This also means when they host parties, loud music and conversation can be heard late into the night. Additionally, the balcony door was not installed properly, so whenever it's hot or humid, the frame swells and I can't open the door. I'm required to pay an extra "amenity fee" every month because I have a balcony, but I can't even use it because of these issues. Overall, communication from property management is poor.

Love everything! However in my hallway before I enter my apartment it smells like pee. Everything else is really nice here besides that one concern

It is nice so far, maintenance is quick , i like the gym although they do not regularly add gym wipes, which makes it hard to clean gym equipment after workout . The neighborhood is really and convenient to stores
