While the rent is definitely cheap, you basically get what you pay for. There are no washer/dryer units in the apartments, however, there are a couple paid laundry facility options. The outside of the apartments is nothing special to look at, there's often dog accidents that are often not picked up by residents and the stairwells are pretty gross with spots.
