Application procedure will also be given once contact is made; applications are $55/per adult (non-refundable) and must be run on all adults over 18. 1st/last plus damage deposit due upon signing of the one year lease (total is $4590 up front)

We pay for water/sewer/garbage and tenant pays for electricity/cable. There are coin operated washers/dryers in the building below the unit for tenant use only. Unit has two outdoor parking spots. Two car maximum.

Here are SOME of the rental criteria a potential tenant must meet: Note: exceptions to minimum income requirements are applicable for section 8 applicants as provided in program guidelines.

Income/credit requirements:
- income from the applicants must equal or exceed three (3) times the rent cost
(in this case, monthly net income must be at or over $5,385)

- verification of employment and salary/wages

- favorable credit history (minimum TransUnion Transrisk Score of 650)

Rental History:
- favorable references must be received from minimum of last TWO landlords
