2900 on First Apartamentos

I will miss Ryan, Jeff and Ni! I stayed at 2900 on First for 3 years and my experience there was nothing short of amazing. Any time I had an issue it was addressed. They were kind, friendly and always willing to help. Whenever I had an issue with my apartment, Ni who is over maintenance would always go above and beyond. The only reason I left is because I needed more space and it was just time for new beginnings. If you are considering moving here definitely check them out. The location is also... great. Lee mas

They've consistently addressed feedback promptly and professionally and are honestly a cut above the rest, proactively knocking out any and all issues. They made staying here a pleasure.

A Peaceful Haven with Exceptional Management at 2900 on 1st Ave I've been living at 2900 on 1st Ave since September last year, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice. The apartment complex is peaceful and quiet, which has made settling in such a pleasant experience. One of the standout features is how considerate the neighbors are.....they respect each other's space, making it a calm place to come home to after a busy day.

Another huge plus is the management. They truly go above and beyond to... help with anything you need. Whether it's a maintenance issue or a simple question, they are always prompt and ready to assist. It’s rare to find such attentive service, and it really makes a difference in how comfortable I feel living here.

The location is also great, with easy access to nearby amenities and public transport, making commuting and errands a breeze. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a peaceful, well-managed place to call home. Lee mas

Happy with 2900 I love living in 2900 apartments.. Ryan and Mahdi are very supportive and also they keep on improving our gym and the property .

This apartment has horrible service. everything has gone downhill after there was a change in management. The elevator has been down for months and any complaints made to the building Mgt is met with indifference. The hallways stink and everything has just become terrible. it took them several months to set up their systems which made it difficult for us to pay rent and put in service requests. The new management is unwilling to be flexible and they are very slow to respond. they are quick to... collect money from you but in all other things they are slow and indifferent and this makes the living conditions in the apartment vey unbearable. do your self a favor and rent somewhere else. definitely leaving as soon as my lease is up.
