Amazing Maintenance at 2900onFirst! I’ve lived here for several years. The Maintenance team has always taken care of things in a timely manner.

However, I put in an on-line Maintenance request around midnight about a light bulb that had stopped lighting up. I even marked it as “not-urgent”. While I was at work the next day, I received an email right after lunch that my service request was completed.

This place never ceases to amaze me. The manager, MiMi, the maintenance guy, Richard, the… porter, Omar and the Leasing guy, Ryan are in my opinion some of the best in the business.

I’m just one of the residents, but they treat me like I own the place.

I will miss Ryan, Jeff and Ni! I stayed at 2900 on First for 3 years and my experience there was nothing short of amazing. Any time I had an issue it was addressed. They were kind, friendly and always willing to help. Whenever I had an issue with my apartment, Ni who is over maintenance would always go above and beyond. The only reason I left is because I needed more space and it was just time for new beginnings. If you are considering moving here definitely check them out. The location is also… great.

11/10 The staff here are phenomenal, always going a step above and beyond to ensure the tenants and facilities are well taken care of.
