I will not be renewing. This place is wildly overpriced for what is being offered. I do not feel safe here either. I have 2 dogs and there is no private dog run to take them out and the unhoused situations keeps getting worse. Recently i was followed by someone all around the park while he said gross things to me. I had to show him my pepper spray to get him to leave. The apartment was also a disaster upon moving in. The appliances are old. It’s still carpeted with extremely old and stained... carpets. Management has improved greatly but when i first moved in, if it wasn’t for one person, i wouldn’t have signed.

We are currently working on a multitude of upgrades to the community to modernize the esthetic as well as upgrade some of the security measures. Overall love living at Ballard on the park. The stairwell by qfc and 57th especially by the garage can be dirty at times and there are concerns about the homeless. Hopefully the homeless issue will improve - the city can help with that too.
