New Property Management (Greystar) is TERRIBLE

I would not recommend this place after Greystar took over. There is NEVER staff available in the office (even when there are no tours), manager and staff are unresponsive via calls or emails, the building is never cleaned inside (hallways, garages, etc), and no communication whatsoever from property management.

Hello! I definitely wanna make your experience better here at Pratt Park. I want to have better understand when you're coming into the office, as we are open Tuesday through Saturday. Last week we have pressure washed our entire garage, deep, cleaned... our hallways, and also included window washing the entire building! We knew what we needed to make some deep cleaning after purchasing the property. I would love for you to give the office a call, send an email, or stop by during office hours so we can better serve you. - Gage, Community Manager

Since I moved into this apartment, everything has been clean, the management has been excellent, and the building staff are wonderful. In my opinion, this is one of the best apartments in the area. I truly appreciate the efforts of the management.

Pratt is a nice place to live and the overall experience of my time has been very positive, however the new management team leaves something to be desired.

The sudden tripling of the renter's insurance was shocking and came with no notice, just suddenly needed to be done or we'd have to move out. I found it unfair and almost predatory that they basically strong-arm us into using a particular company.

Me gusta por la tranquilidad que pasa uno dentro del edificio el respeto entre vecinos tiene lugar para una reunión de trabajo si tú lo ocuparas área de computadoras salón de fiestas para tiempo de invierno gimnasio y una buena terraza que puedes ver desde tres puntos de vista bodegas para que guardes tus cosas extras de tu apartamento para mí en lo personal no ahí mejor lugar ya que llevo 7 años viviendo en este edificio
