Radford Court

I couldn't be happier with our decision to live at Radford Court! The staff truly creates a supportive community and consistently goes above and beyond, especially for families.

A huge shout-out to Jami from the maintenance team! As parents with a stroller, we struggled daily with a steep step on the path to our unit. Jami and the team listened and quickly installed a simple but effective ramp, making our return home so much safer and easier.

We also want to thank Alanson in the management... team for being incredibly kind and smart! The day before a long holiday weekend, she found my dropped phone in the office, figured out my emergency contact info, and called my wife so I could retrieve it immediately, saving me from a weekend-long hassle.

Finally, a thank you to Thomas who is just genuinely nice to everyone! He is very patient and kind, and all the kids in our community clearly love him. Lee mas

This a clean, peaceful, awesome place to live, with friendly neighbours and competent management. We have been so lucky to have lived here. There's the magnuson Park walking trail about a five minutes walk from here, which is lovely! If there are any issues with the apartment - appliances or leaks or if you need anything fitted - you file a request and they fix it quite promptly. I'm really impressed.

Our living experience here so far has been great. Staff and maintenance is friendly and helpful, the community is peaceful and quiet, and our apartment is cozy. It's been lovely.

I really enjoy living in these apartments. First of all, the location is very convenient, close to the bus stops, the university, University Village, medical facilities, and UW. There is also plenty of greenery around, with beautiful parks and a lake nearby. The area is very quiet, well-maintained, and comfortable.
