Sequel

I’ve been living at Sequel for close to two years and still loving it. It’s literally in the heart of Seattle. Kaleb who’s the property manager is running the entire building and really takes pride in the work he does. The maintenance team (Joel) is pretty awesome too. He’s always on top of everything and quick to response. Living in the city comes with the good and the bad, but what place doesn’t.

Community Manager and Maintenance is really responsive and attentive! Super appreciate them when we need assistance!

I’ve lived in this building for years and Kaleb been a consistently excellent building manager. He’s helped me move into multiple different units in the building as my needs have changed over the time i’ve been living here. He’s made the transitions between apartments easy and hassle free. Any issues I’ve had with the building I’ve been addressed promptly by Kaleb and Joelle (who is also awesome). You can tell he genuinely cares about the tenants of his building. He makes an apartment building... in the middle of Downtown Seattle feel like home. Lee mas

Staff are often not in office during office hours. Recently my building key fob and gym key stopped working, took days to get it sorted with management and could not get into the building in the meantime.

Great maintenance staff, very efficient and polite.
