Colton Apartments

My husband and I just moved here and could not be more thrilled with the apartment, move in process and management. The manager here worked tirelessly to get our application processed quickly, and then again to make sure our apartment was clean and ready for us within a short time frame. It's a huge 2-bedroom, over 1,000 square feet, for a very reasonable $650 a month. They installed new carpet and freshly painted the walls, and the maintenance even took it upon themselves to order and install... doors for the laundry area of their own volition. Dishwasher, washer & dryer, microwave and AC were all provided, and work very well. The manager was highly competent and informative during our pre-move-in walkthrough and insured anything we were concerned about was taken care of asap. The grounds are well-maintained and we have a designated covered parking space for our car, and the complex has security running sweeps around to watch for any trouble. By far the happiest I've been with any apartment I have rented. Lee mas
