The Academy is a great spot to live, particularly for students needing smaller living spaces. The amenities are great and it is in a fantastic location, there are plenty of options around the building. It is also in a quiet location which is very nice at night.

The charm of the building is unmatched, the staff is all very friendly and efficient, the community is relatively quite, and the building is located in a prime spot.

The Academy is a great place to live! They make it easy to move in and sign the lease. There are great neighbors and everyone is so nice! The location is awesome and I never have to worry about it !!

Love this community, everything is close to downtown, grocery stores and restaurants making an everyday commute pleasant, and not to mention the staff are very friendly. It's clean, quiet, and comfortable living here! I feel at home when I come back after a long day at a university! The manager Annetta is awesome and stays on top of things!
