tiny apartments, falling down building, truly awful management company

Don't ever rent from this company. They raise your rent EVERY six months......make you lose pay to be the there for a pre move out walk through....then charge you for normal wear a tear..698.00 to paint.......I lived at the Mckeller for almost 6 years..and never once did they wash the outside of our windows. Just nasty...by the time I finally moved out I was paying 300.00 more a month than new renter. They never painted my apartment when I moved in because the maintenance guy was having... surgery and then they charged me over 690.00 for new paint when I moved out....I am being charged for normal wear and tear. Terrible management company. Rent from anyone else....you will be happier and keep more money in your pocket!
