The Evergreen Apartments

I have never in my life experienced the kind of empathy that I got from management. Melissa has been incredible more like phenomenal. The complex is clean and quiet the neighbors are friendly it's in an incredible location and the apartment is so incredibly beautiful! The hardwood floors are incredible and I love the floor plan! If you are ever in need of a home I hope that this is one of the first places that you look to see if there's an availability!

Average. This apartment is the definition of average. The location of being across from a high school, two blocks from a WinCo, and only 10 mins from everything on East Mill Plaine, grants this apartment status above poor.

The building them selves are clean, but haphazard. There is always one large bedroom, and one small bedroom - meaning someone is always getting the short of the stick. The bathroom and shower room are connected to allow the larger room to have direct access. The... large room has more closet space - two closets to be exact. It is design for a dominate/submissive relationship.

On top of it all, the living room has no light except a perfectly placed patio door that is designed to make TVs useless. The oven and dishwasher are useless. The paint job needs improvement. Finally, the layout of the buildings means no one is able to sleep very long because the sun beam a 5am wake up call every morning.

Also no smoke - IN WASHINGTON. Really killed my dream of becoming a master pork smoker. Lee mas
