Formerly a nursing home, Bethel Place is being transformed into an innovative community where you can live affordably and eat, play, work, relax, and connect. Located in the quaint countryside of Arpin, WI, Bethel Place gives you permission to slow... down and enjoy life. Whether staying in one of our furnished rentals or at the campground, you'll enjoy the beautiful views over the valley and be surrounded by nature in our sprawling 65 acres.

Featuring Furnished & Unfurnished Rooms for Individuals - Each 253 square foot room includes its own private 1/2 bathroom (double-rooms have two 1/2 baths), your own small refrigerator, electricity, heat, water, closet with drawers at the bottom, large windows, and built-in lighting. Free WIFI is available in the "Internet Room", but you can pay for wifi or direct TV if you would like your own. There is a large "TV" room, so everyone can gather around and enjoy the Packers game!
Renters have access to all amenities, including the Gym/Fitness Center, community kitchens (2 total), showers (mix of spacious shower stalls and private shower rooms), trails, kayaks, coin-op laundry, and more. All leases are on a month-to-month basis. ADA Compliant. *Rooms do not have individual AC, although there is AC is the main areas and hallways. You can also install your own AC. Please inquire for details.* Note- By Wisconsin State Law, only one person may occupy a room. Couples wishing to live together must rent two adjoining rooms (which can then be divided up into a living/dining room and bedroom).

Whether you have a camper, a tent, or a tiny home, we have the perfect spot for you, with an expanding list of amenities. Campsites available year-round for a week or on a month-to-month basis. Campsites are 25 feet x 100 feet, and up. Campers will have full access to all amenities, including high speed internet. Hot and cold running water available at campground. Bring your own outdoor furniture and screen-covered fire pit. Available year-round. Port-a-potties in campground, flush toilets, showers, and community kitchens, and more available in the building.

Office and Studio Space available for rent:
Whether you need a quiet place to study, a dedicated work space outside your home, your own artist studio, or a private place to meet with clients, we have spaces for you! Each office space includes a secure entrance and broadband. Some include private 1/2 bathrooms as well! $1 per square foot per month
Renters insurance is required. This is a smoke-free community but there is a covered tent area for smokers to enjoy.
