Oak Terrace Apartments

The owner barely shovels the parking lot and sidewalks even with 4 inches or more of snow. The washers and dryers are ineffective and I have to trudge down to the laundromat. The exterior windows are filthy and the screens have holes in them. The refrigerator makes a loud buzzing noise every couple of hours and it's so loud I have to go into another room and close the door. The apartments have not been upgraded since probably the 1970's. We moved in with the original owners. Once new management took over it went downhill. The rent was increased for little to no reason whatsoever. It used to be a great affordable and reasonable residence. Now it’s overpriced for what you get. The quality is not there for what you put in to it. The new management is nosey and doesn’t keep up with the actual needs of the residents. Be wary when applying here. It’s a beautiful location that we didn’t want to leave, but the management made that... decision easy for us. Lee mas

Fantastic place to live, very clean! Owners are wonderful people and as long as you pay your rent they never bother you. Would recommend to anyone looking for a safe well maintain building to live in. Rents are lower than what I expected! Living the dream!!
