Noisy neighbors

The neighbors blasts music and talk obnoxiously loud until all hours of the night. They'll let their dogs crap all over the lawn without picking it up. Smoking so much it smells up the whole hallway. This is not a good place for peace and quiet after work. Especially when you have to be up at 4am.

Gardendale living :)

I recently moved into the Gardendale apartments in greenfield and I absolutely love it. Heat and water are included, there is a balcony, onsite management, washers and dryers are cheap and you get a decent size storage unit. It is in a great location, about 5 minutes from the southridge mall area (shopping, restaurants, etc), 10 minutes from downtown, and has close highway access, which is super convenient. If ever I need management to fix anything at all they are very timely about it and... extremely nice. Overall, I would recommend Gardendale to anyone looking for a nice, affordable apartment.
