Jefferson Block Apartments

I've been at Jefferson Block for six years and love it here. It's been a great experience since I moved in. I think it goes without saying that it's a great neighborhood, there's never a shortage of things to do and places to go. Beyond that the team here really does a great job of developing the building community. The staff is always first class. I recently needed a wall repair and Dan took care of it quickly and you'd never know a repair was needed, he did an amazing job. We love living at Jefferson block! It's a great community with great apartments. The amenities are nice and always clean. Overall couldn't ask for a better place to live!

Excellent staff, especially maintenance. Property management is open to suggestions. Prompt response and resolution of issues. Great location in the Third Ward-can see lots of fireworks! Fun community events.

Love the socials Emma and Chloe put together monthly! It is a great way to get to know neighbors and have a good time!!! I appreciate them as Property Manager and Assistant Property Manager!

The agents are very friendly and helpful, which makes me feel at ease. What was particularly great was that when I requested some repairs to the facilities upon moving in, the janitor fixed them immediately. He's always quick and efficient in his work, and I'm always grateful for that.
