Jefferson block is a great place to live! It's a wonderful location and they host
Many fun activities for residents. The apartment themselves are in great shape.
The maintenance team is especially exceptional and responsive.

Review for apartment 312 only

The communal area and location are great, with great access to the summer fest. However the condo 312 is all beat up. Dirty and stained carpet, lack of supplies for cooking, kitchen floor was dietary when I arrived (I complained and no response). Bath tub all clogged and we couldn’t have a proper shower. It’s spacious but not the same as shown in the pictures. Find another apartment. Do not recommend this one.

Great location! 2 blocks from the main attractions of the Third Ward and 2 blocks from the lake. I also enjoy having a workout center on site.

That sounds ideal! Being so close to both the Third Ward and the lake must offer the best of city life and nature. And having a workout center right on site is such a great convenience—no excuse to skip a workout!
