Jefferson Block is an excellent option for downtown apartment living. The neighborhood is lively and yet it is rarely noisy or congested with traffic. The units are big and amenities are serviceable. The staff is also very friendly and easy to work with

I've really enjoyed living at Jefferson Block Apartments. My apartment is beautiful, and the location is one of the best parts of living here. I love being in the Historic Third Ward with great restaurants, coffee shops, and Lake Michigan just a short walk away.
My biggest complaints are the dog odor and occasional smell of dog urine in the hallways and elevators, which takes away from the luxury feel of the building. I was also surprised by how small the fitness center is and that there isn't... a pool. For the price of the rent, I expected better amenities.
Overall, I love my apartment and the neighborhood. If the cleanliness in the common areas improved and the amenities were expanded, this would easily be a five-star place to live.

Love the location! We enjoy being so close to the lake and to so many restaurants/thing to do downtown! Maintenance is also very quick to respond.

We love it here! Everyone is so kind and responsive to any issues that come up! I would recommend this apartment building to anyone who wants to be in the third ward, but don’t want to pay extremely high prices.
