The place is cheap and close to campus, but sometimes the people working in the office aren’t the most helpful. The shuttle also recently downsized and is almost always full/cramped now

This is an EXCELLENT choice for a student fresh out of the college dorms and wanting their own space. I truly love my apartment and it's amenities. The staff are generally pleasant and very understanding, and I really enjoy events put on in the club house.

Been very welcoming. Was very organized when I first moved in. Was contacting me about my move in date and called me when to get my keys. The apartment is very nice and set up well

I like the community. The amenities are nice to have. The only thing that I don’t like is the package system. I would rather just get it delivered to the front door.

Living here has been okay overall. The location is convenient, and the apartment is a decent size with enough space to feel comfortable. It’s close to shops and public transport, which makes daily life easier.
On the downside, maintenance can be slow at times, and the building can get noisy, especially from neighbors. Some areas also feel a bit outdated and could use better upkeep. It’s not bad, but it’s not great either.
Overall, it’s a fairly average place to live. It works for now, but with... a few improvements, it could be much better.
