The social has super nice amenities which although I often forget about are very nice to have available. One of my other favorite aspects is how quick work orders are fulfilled.

The social is one of the places I’ve ever lived. It is vastly overpriced for the amenities provided, it is not particularly close to campus, the bus was broken for about 3 months, the hot tub (which is the only good part of living here) is only on during the summer when nobody’s here, and the kitchens are so tiny you have to make a schedule with your roommates so two people aren’t in the kitchen at the same time. I will be moving out when my lease is up, and do not recommend this place.

We also regret the inconvenience caused by the broken bus for three months and the limited availability of the hot tub. It's particularly disheartening to hear about the challenges you've faced with the kitchen space, and we can certainly see how that would make living with roommates difficult.

The place is cheap and close to campus, but sometimes the people working in the office aren’t the most helpful. The shuttle also recently downsized and is almost always full/cramped now
