While the work completed at this time is a temporary solution and we are still awaiting a long-term resolution to fully correct the plumbing issue, I want to recognize the maintenance team for their continued support.

They consistently demonstrate a solution-focused mindset and genuinely work to ensure we are taken care of. They are always courteous, responsive, professional, and willing to help, which speaks volumes about the level of service they provide.

I would have gladly rated everything… as excellent based on my interactions with the team; however, I would like to wait until the plumbing issue is fully resolved and can consider the overall turnaround time before providing my final assessment. In the meantime, I truly appreciate the maintenance team and the care they continue to show us.
