I have lived in 3 other apartment complexes nearby and Novel Nona is by far the best. The staff is incredibly helpful and go above and beyond to make everything easier for us. The events are super nice, spaces are always clean and maintenance is fast and reliable.

“I am very happy to live here in the Novel Nona. It is a wonderful place, but there are some things that leave a bit to be desired. For example, the cleaning is something that is not taken very seriously. The elevators are always dirty, the stairs, since I arrived here, have never been cleaned. There are things that need to be fixed, doors that slam, a gate that has a piece broken, and there is also no liquid soap in the bathrooms of the leisure areas. There are many things

Apartment Life

Living here has been such a joy thanks to the two amazing women who run our Apartment Life events. They go above and beyond to create fun, welcoming, and meaningful experiences for all of us residents. Whether it’s holiday celebrations, community gatherings, or casual get-togethers, they put so much thought and energy into making sure everyone feels included and connected.
