I absolutely love living here! So many great amenities, attentive staff. Close to a lot of shops and restaurants. What a great location in Altamonte Springs.

Clean, well maintained. The staff is so friendly. I have had the best experience start to finish. To summarize, clean, affordable, friendly living and definitely no hungry tigers loose and prowling around the complex.

In one word, excellent. I feel secure & enjoying the area. Everything is close by! The community is clean & well organized in every aspect. They have an active & friendly community staffs.

Honestly, I have lived here for a few years and I this year has been the overall most stressful and management is very slow to tend to serious issues. Specifically regarding working key fobs which are the only means of accessing the building I live in.

Great place to live, everything is nearby and the neighborhood is pretty safe. My hat off to the management office and maintenance crew. They respond to your maintenance request accordingly. I hope they keep the good work and the standards.
