I’ve been living at Nine12 Gateway for about two months now and have really enjoyed the experience so far. The grounds are consistently clean and well maintained, which makes the community feel peaceful and welcoming. The trash valet service has been extremely convenient and reliable, and the staff has always been friendly, professional, and helpful whenever I’ve needed anything. Overall, it’s been a very positive transition and I’m happy with my decision to move here.

Beware of roaches.
It was a ROUGH start at this apartment complex. From the day we moved in, we lost hot water for 4 days, the master bedroom closet's metal clothing rack came out of the wall, there were baby and adult German roaches in the kitchen drawers and cabinets.
It took 3 months to finally clear the roaches due to apartment above us having an infestation! We couldn't unpack our kitchen, because of it.
6 months later, I begin to spot the same German roaches, but in a different cabinet in the kitchen and... now I have spotted 1 or 2 in the bathroom! Pest control has come out 2x and I'm waiting on the 3rd visit -- most likely we'll be dealing with this problem until or lease runs out.
It's been a continual problem and I do not recommend this for anyone!! It seems like wherever the infestation is...it's not getting treated and they're just placing band-aides on the issue.
The amount of mental anguish and anxiety I have gone through is unreal.
So...if you move in here...just get ready for an ongoing German roach issue :)
Now, the pool is beautiful and the gym is lack luster...but you are in a good location lol.

I’ve been living here for three years and I love it. I wish I can buy my apartment. Amazing location, the neighbors, the amenities, the area and the amenities . So peaceful and safe!

We have been here for a few years now and love living here. Great location for highway access. Its quiet and the complex is clean except for our breezeway its always been covered in moth cocoons. My complaints would be that we have had our 2 bathroom windows leaking since we moved in. One has rust and condensation so we havent been able to see out of it for months. Its the only window we have on that side of the wall on the first floor. We have been told that the windows are on a list to get... fixed one day but its been a long time. The front door isn't great theres holes in the bottom it doesn't seal correctly all the way on the bottom when closed. Also the new lease requires us to pay for community internet but we cant get them to set it up we have gotten very little help and still have no internet but im pretty sure we are paying for it already. Happy living here overall im sure every place has its issues that you just have to live with these have been worth dealing with to live here.

With the increasing fees and lack of safety and things breaking left and right the property standards has gone Downhill. The management has become severely rude, not attentive to residence needs, nor is receptive to critique and feedback.
