Nine12 Gateway Apartments

We have been here for a few years now and love living here. Great location for highway access. Its quiet and the complex is clean except for our breezeway its always been covered in moth cocoons. My complaints would be that we have had our 2 bathroom windows leaking since we moved in. One has rust and condensation so we havent been able to see out of it for months. Its the only window we have on that side of the wall on the first floor. We have been told that the windows are on a list to get... fixed one day but its been a long time. The front door isn't great theres holes in the bottom it doesn't seal correctly all the way on the bottom when closed. Also the new lease requires us to pay for community internet but we cant get them to set it up we have gotten very little help and still have no internet but im pretty sure we are paying for it already. With the increasing fees and lack of safety and things breaking left and right the property standards has gone Downhill. The management has become severely rude, not attentive to residence needs, nor is receptive to critique and feedback.

Overall so far 5-star experience. The office staff is very pleasant to deal with and maintenance requests get expeditiously taken care of.

Great move-in experience! Great Amenities. One thing I really appreciated was the leasing manager waiting for me until the last minute for me to move in as the office was just going to close, but she waited and helped me see the place around and move in.

Overall, great experience love the community and the environment around and super convenient for me as my work office is right here.

The move in went very smooth. Quiet community at night and very clean. Everyone has been a great help thus far answering a maintenance request within hours of it being placed.
