There was a hiccup with redeeming our promotion and I don’t like how we can’t have any mats or anything on our front door but other than that everyone was very helpful with every step of the way answering all of our questions and walking us through the process. Everyone we talked to was very nice.

The Sanctuary at Centerpointe is nothing but amazing. Trish and Valerie are absolute help! The move in process was easier than going to sleep. The full facility is clean, new, modern, & up-to-date. The staff is very much tentative to all of your needs. And you cannot complain about the price for the location of where you stay (eatery’s, shopping centers, & of course I-4).
