Beautiful place to live, and to call home, everything is in close proximity, the residents are nice, and the staff is wonderful. I would recommend to family and friends if they ever need a place to live

Such a great community. I am so beyond happy to live in a community that is about being a good neighbor and getting together. I love living in sanctuary as Iv lived here 2 years now and it’s been wonderful and safe . Love my home

What a beautiful place right here in the best location, Altamonte, near I-4, shopping, restaurants, just a convenient location. The property was just stunning, clean, and such a friendly staff, specifically Emily and the manager, they were so friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend this community absolutely outstanding!

I have a friend that lives at Sanctuary at Centerpointe, so I took a tour today as my lease is up in four months. Such a beautiful place, just beautiful amenities,, and the staff was so nice and helpful! I definitely think this will be the next place I choose to live at, and I recommend highly.

I took a tour with the manager Trish, she was professional, knowledgeable, and helpful! The apartments were very spacious and laid out well. It really was a nice community with a great location near everything I would need. The gym was really nice, even had a punching bag. I look forward to moving there in the spring.
