0 stars negative 5 stars if I could do that. Do not rent here. They are the worst communicators. They took my application fee and never processed my application. When I asked for a refund they refused. Never replied to emails or phone calls. TIS management company is even worse. Stay away! There are better places to rent from. The condo was a dump also.

No one answers phone calls or at the actual office. Anytime I go up there it consists of standing for 30 minutes to an hour waiting for someone to show when they usually do not . They have a ridiculous parking system where even when you register guests cars they get parking violations . The home owners association has made it terrible to live here as someone who does not own . You’re treated like someone who doesn’t belong there if you’re outside your house past 10 pm . I been here 7 months so far things been pretty quiet besides i-4 mouse soon to be blocked by wall I hope people are a more mature group here a few young people here some need to respect the Property as far as trash not fully placed in but and a few that think they still on the main road should noticed I 4 isn't here. it's a quiet place and not loud music or people talking loud .I recommend it to a friend anyday..hope to be here for another year..

grea place to live, very quite, Management is very polite. The pool is always clean. There are many retired people here and they always say hello and have pleasant conversations with thier neibors.
