The Crest at Altamonte was okay. Landscaping was well maintained. Community was quiet and peaceful. Biggest draw backs were the people who lived there don't really pick up after their dogs. There was frequent issues with the trash compactor leading to mounts of trash. A common issue was the cheap vinyl floors, they tend to lift and peel.

The maintenance at The Crest At Altamonte are very satisfying. They are pretty quick when it comes to fixing the AC.
