Brittany, thank you for sharing your feedback, and we certainly understand how frustrating it is to encounter an elevator outage during your first official week in the community.
Unfortunately, this particular outage was completely unexpected and was… caused by a lightning strike to Building 5 that resulted in nearly $100,000 in damage. We are actively working through the necessary repairs and appreciate everyone’s patience while we get the building back to normal.
Regarding parking, Building 5 does not have dedicated parking directly in front of the building, and residents have access to additional parking throughout the community, including garage parking options. We understand that having to park near another building may be inconvenient at times, and we’re happy to discuss available parking options with you.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad to hear that you enjoy the community and our amenities, although we’re sorry to hear that noise has impacted your experience.
As you mentioned, apartment placement can make a… significant difference in the level and type of noise a resident may experience. First-floor homes near building entrances, elevators, and other common areas can naturally experience more activity from residents and guests coming and going. We also understand that footsteps and everyday sounds can be more noticeable in a multi-family community, particularly in homes without carpeting.
We do ask all residents to be mindful of their neighbors and to follow our community quiet-hours guidelines. If there are recurring or excessive noise concerns, we encourage residents to report them to our office so that we have an opportunity to address them.
