Two Great Years at This Community

I lived in this community for two years and had an excellent experience. The 3 bedroom was very spacious with a great layout and plenty of room for our family. The community is peaceful, quiet, and well-maintained, making it a wonderful place to call home.
It's close to the beach, shopping, dining, and other conveniences, while still offering a relaxed atmosphere. The area is also served by A+ rated schools, which was a huge benefit for our family.

New Management

New management seems to actually care. They have events consistently now which I think is a great way to connect our little community!

Don't Believe Management

The management has changed three times since we started the rental process. The apartment was not ready when promised, the apartment was still not ready when I moved in and they have not fixed any of the problems since I moved in in late February. These apartments cost too much for the services rendered. The apartments also are not sound proof. I can hear the conversations from the apartments on either side of ours and the children playing the the footsteps from the apartment above us.

Poor maintenance and service

These apartments are old and while some updates have been made, there are a lot of maintenance issues that pop up. This wouldn't be a big deal except that maintenance is extremely unreliable. I've had multiple issues that have not been resolved over several months. Every time I call, the property managers promise that someone will "be there tomorrow." It's become a running joke for us. If they were at least honest, I would update it to 3 stars. It seems as though they don't have a good handle on… what's actually going on.

Excellent Customer Service

I viewed the apartments and loved them. The location is amazing. We go to the restaurants and bars in the area all the time and we are always at the beach. The beach is at the end of plaza. It's really close. We ride our bikes there all the time. The staff are great. They helped us move in, which was awesome. Whenever we have a problem they are always quick to fix it. The amenities are great and we love the apartment.
