Seaside Apartments

These apartments are everything advertised and more. I was referred by a lady I had just met, having been in the Jacksonville area only two weeks. I was trying to get started looking for a place to rent, driving around, lost.
I went to the Seaside apartments as she recommended and met Trent, the manager, who was every bit as professional, helpful and knowledgeable as I was told. He showed me two apartments, one of which was a premium apartment on the second floor with a washer and dryer in... unit. I would have loved that apartment, but I can't handle stairs. I took an upgraded 2 bdrm/1bath on the first floor, newly renovated and right near the playground. I didn't think I would like that part, but I love watching the kids better than watching tv.
There is one fantastic maintenance man, to assist Trent and since I've been here, 2 weeks, they have gotten the parking lot repaved, all windows in 100 apartments replaced/upgraded, continued upgrading all apts, maintained the grounds, handled any tenant problems, showed/rented apartments, have a trash valet system five days a week and maintain a beautiful sparkling pool
Everyone here is extremely friendly; there are all ages and ethnicities and they are all pleasant.
There are dog walking areas with bags and disposal receptacles provided. There is an ice cream man who comes through the complex every day at around 4pm.There is a laundry facility on site that is always clean and neat.
I have lived in many apartments in my 67 years and this is the best, among all of the new and older places that I have stayed.
The prices are very reasonable, they don't "fee" you to death as some of the newer apartments do. They are just over a mile from the beach and downtown Atlantic Beach area. There are many restaurants nearby, the library is a mile away, as is the grocery store. I couldn't ask for more and would recommend this place highly to anyone.

Seaside gem! Clean, safe, affordable, pet and kid friendly, and in a great area. Management does a fantastic job maintaining the property and ensuring a quality standard of living is maintained for their residents. Cannot recommend enough!

I love our apartment and the location. The apartments are older but very large. The pool is great as well as the new dog park. I only gave four out of five stars because all of the apartments only have one bathroom. I am in a four bedroom apartment and only have one bathroom. All apartments in this community, despite the amount of bedrooms, have only one bathroom. Other than that, this is a great community and apartment.
