Apartment plagued by noise and poor quality from day one:
• Paper-thin ceilings — hear every neighbor sound (talking, kids running, flushing, furniture).
• Cheap cabinets already chipping and falling apart.
• Nonstop loud traffic noise from cars/trucks right outside — sleep is nearly impossible.
Management is rude, communicates terribly, and has constant turnover, so no one takes responsibility.
Many 5-star reviews seem fake, written by the same management names to hide these issues.

The moment we walked into CERU, we were greeted with so much kindness. It smelled incredible inside, and right away you could tell how high-tech everything was. The staff was amazing. Dayshaun and Molly, were unbelievable as well as the other gal, but I can’t remember her name. They went above and beyond during our tour, and you can feel how much they care. I’ve talked to several people who live here, and everyone keeps saying how happy they are with the new management team. You can see why —... they’re genuinely attentive and so easy to work with. The amenities are next-level, truly luxurious without feeling fake or overdone. Any time we’ve needed maintenance, they’ve been there quickly to fix it. Ceru has been pretty good overall, we’re only about a week moving in but any issues we had first moving into the place was fixed by maintenance pretty timely. Place is spacious, with a nice balcony and of course the amenities are beautiful and very well kept.

Love the resort like feel of the common areas like the pool, amenities and sunset views!
In unit appliances are good but air conditioning is very loud. Windows/doors/blinds not made very well to keep out sound from very loud fans in the garage running 24/7. Wish I could get a good night’s sleep.

We have just moved in so I'm sure that I will have more to say down the road, but so far this building has been great! We moved in and had some issues that Maintenace came and fixed almost immediately after putting the request in. The leasing office is wonderful at answering our questions in person. The apartment was clean when we got here and the amenities are definitely a huge plus. As of now the only con is the noise that comes from people speeding around the parking garage, but that is hard... to police I believe. Also, I wish we knew that there was not an actual freight elevator that lets out outside where you can back a truck in when moving in. Going down the hall to the elevators prolonged the moving process slightly and I just wish we were informed of that more. But so far so good and the other residents seem to be very nice as well.
