Amazing service!

I have been a resident here for over seven years, and my experience has been excellent. Most recently, the General Manager, Sophia, assisted me, and she was extremely knowledgeable, kind, and professional throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer all of my questions and made everything easy to understand. It has always been a pleasure working with the leasing department, and I truly appreciate the outstanding customer service they consistently provide.

The new manager in the office is really great and friendly. I would like if we could have 1 security person on site from 8 pm to 8 am. I have seen a few homeless people sleeping by the pool and going into the gym late at night.

The new management hasn’t, in my opinion, done a great job at introducing themselves accordingly to the neighborhood, which is rather disappointing. They said that they have new management, but they never disclosed to whom they were and do not communicate very well.
