Beyond terrible service
This apartment complex is trash. The management is trash. I had no ac for 3 months and they didn’t make accommodations while they “tried” to fix it. The management is beyond terrible. The washer and dryers are broken for more than 3 months. There are roaches, the exterminator they send does nothing! Management does not respond to anything when requested. I asked for my windows to be fixed when I moved in it’s been 8 months and I’m still waiting. The apartments are old so everything breaks! It’s... not a good investment look else where if considering this property.

Highly recommend not choosing Del Rio Apartments
The management is less than impressive. I have not had AC for 5 days and my apartment has been staying around 90 degrees. I’ve sent in multiple maintenance requests without any replies. I was also promised multiple things to be fixed before moving in and after six months none of them have been dealt with. Highly recommend not looking into Del Rio for your next apartment.

Pentaurus Properties is TERRIBLE
DO NOT rent from Pentaurus!!!! Our AC has been out for two months and they do NOTHING about it. They don't answer the phone. If you call the maintenance line they just tell you they don't know when it will be fixed because they have no access to the schedules. You can call the operator but he doesn't know anything.
DO NOT RENT FROM PENTAURUS!!!!!!!!
