Welcome to Beachy Keen, a lovingly cared for and super clean single-family home centrally located in Bonita Springs in southwest Florida, where you'll feel at home. This home features a split bedroom floor plan.
This home is located on an oversized corner lot with lush subtropical landscaping, including a brand new pavered pool deck and new furnishings throughout. The well stocked kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and cabinets equipped with everything you would need to make and enjoy meals together while making new memories on your vacation. Linens provided include pool/beach, kitchen, and bathroom towels. There are four beach chairs, a rolling cooler, umbrellas, a beach bag, and 2 bicycles included for your use.
The pool at this home is heated to 85 degrees when appropriate. The temperature of the pool can fluctuate depending on local weather conditions.
Located right off of Pennsylvania Ave in the heart of Bonita Springs, the neighborhood is tucked away in its own enclave of quaint and well cared for homes. The home is only a 25-minute drive to the Fort Myers International Airport and just a 10-minute drive to the world famous Bonita and Barefoot Beaches. Being that there is limited public transportation in the area, it is best to bring or rent a car during your stay if you really want to take advantage of all that our area offers. Uber and Lyft services are also readily available in the neighborhood and area.
Only 1 or 2 non-shedding, hypoallergenic dogs are permitted in this pet-friendly home. Cats and all other animals are strictly prohibited, including birds, reptiles, rodents, and exotic pets. Quiet hours are observed between 10 PM and 8 AM. Please do not rearrange the furniture. Please report any damage or malfunction to the host right away so that it can be repaired or replaced.
