Bathrooms include the luxurious en suite and bathroom #2 which is easily accessed from bedroom #2 and contains a shower and tub combo. A unique part of the home is the loft, a fun and relaxing area for kids of all ages to play or a quiet place to relax after a day on the beach. Outdoors, guests can relax and dine on the screened and covered lanai and the backyard is quite large. Additional amenities and spaces include a full-sized washer and dryer on the first floor and a family room space that includes a TV, a loveseat, couch and chair. On-site amenities include boogie boards, sand toys, beach chairs and a beach umbrella. For kids, there is a pack n' play, kids towels, plates, cups, silverware and a high chair. A propane gas grill for guest use can be found in the garage.
