I have lived at a couple different complexes in South Florida since moving here in 2020 and this is by far the most family oriented development lived in. It’s quiet, peaceful, and everybody is courteous to one another.

My experience has been great so far. There are only some minor issues that could improve to make it excellent which is replacing the moldy washer and fixing the sewage smell in the parking lot.

There's no such thing as the perfect community, but Villages of Banyan Grove Is pretty dang close! Villages is a great community. Safe, clean, and peaceful.
The management is friendly and courteous and they handle all communications and requests from residents with speed and efficiency.
