We moved in over the weekend and already met some lovely neighbors!
Robin was very accommodating and made the process easy for us and took a lot of time making sure our questions were answered.
I have to say the real moment we realized we were moving someplace special was yesterday when we had the last of a few boxes to bring upstairs and a very kind employee named Carlos stopped and helped us move our things up. He made what was an exhausting day into a real blessing and we were so grateful he… stopped to help us!

It feels like we're on vacation everyday it's so beautiful
We were having trouble with some boxes then out of no where Carlos one of the maintenance staff ran over and helped. Took only 15 minutes instead of an hour or so

An excellent apartment complex for a fresh start. The staff at Blue Heron Creek are very attentive—especially Robin; OMG, she was exceptional with us and made the whole process so much easier.
