We had an amazing experience moving into The Legacy. After moving all the way from Wisconsin and going through several moves, we knew right away that this was a place we could truly call home. María was absolutely incredible throughout the entire process. She was welcoming, professional, and made our move so much easier and more comfortable.

The community is great, everyone is friendly, and the location is excellent. We are so happy to be here and truly grateful to María for making our… transition such a wonderful experience. We are excited to finally call The Legacy our home!

So far it has been great living here. The unit is very nice and has a great layout with an amazing balcony. The only issues I have noticed is that our trash isn’t getting picked up with the valet service.

We have lived here for more than four years on the Hillsborough River and the view is priceless. Peacocks around makes the place looks like heaven on earth ,Staff is friendly, and the maintenance team work hard to take care of any issues .We really enjoy our time here .We love everything about The Legacy Apartments.
