Spectacular

I just moved in this past December and the entire process the property manager was and still is the best I’ve seen in a while. They’re always approachable and respectful. Maintenance workers are wonderful and are great to talk to for advice with the appliances. Always been helpful. I love it

Monique experience at the Legancy

Legacy Apartments never ever disappoints me NEVER!! I love the community and amazing Hillsborough River view!! The Property Manager and Assistant Property Manager and Leasing Consultant maintenance Team is phenomenal quick to fix things even on their day off!! Tell me where you can get services like that no wherever except for legacy Apartments!! My Family truly loves the Legacy

Great management!

I had the best experience touring with Ronald!
His attention to details set my mind at ease. He is so knowledgeable and down to earth! I love that he was attentive to my mom and answered each question I had with patience. He went above and beyond to showcase the property, which is absolutely beautiful! I personally can't wait to be a tenant!
