I’ve have lived here for 5 years. It’s been quiet. The convenience is nice. There are schools shopping beaches. The amenities are nice. They even have trash pick up at your door. Parking is convenient. The staff is nice Maintenance does their very best to get to you when there is a problem in your unit. The renovations are coming along all in all, this is a nice place to live

L’estancia is quiet, safe, and well-kept with friendly staff. Great location and comfortable living—highly recommend! I love all the amenities and the views L’estancia is the best!

I've been living here for 3 years, and I'm very happy. The place is nice and well located. I've never lived in a place where you ask for something in an emergency and they literally take it as an emergency. Something breaks down and they've come at 10 at night or 12 at night to help me. Their staff is very respectful and very helpful.
