Nice decent places to spend your winter's or simple retirement

All the essentials you need and within walking distance to the oldest fishing village, Cortez, the Cortez Cafe´, nice little restaurants as well as oyster bars and entertainment. Lets not forget its very close walking distance to Anna Maria Holmes Beach, and great weekday & weekend entertainment. Also close Long Boat Key, Siesta Key and anything else that you may desire. The landlord, Jerry is there to help when you need something.
