El Patio Apartments Badenton

I lived here during my college years and also had a part time job nearby—I occasionally walked to work. My favorite parts—Murphy bed, dressing room outside the bathroom and claw tub — and the courtyard, always so pretty!

I just recently found this great studio apartment in a courtyard setting called El Patio. It's classic, clean, and couture. Great architecture and beautiful floors. Great size living space with nicely done kitchens in a separate room. Centrally located and in a nice safe and clean neighborhood. The management company is readily available and it has a great price for city living. I would definitely recommend this complex.

My boyfriend and I just moved into our first place together. We decided on a studio since it was just he and I for now.. We couldn't be happier. The kitchen is a nice size so that we can both be in there at the same time. The main room us huge. We were able to fit our queen size bed,a couch, love seat, coffee table, and 2 six cube organizer and their is still plenty of room. It's is clean and bug free which is highly important. Right now they are fixing up the outside of the building so I know... that it will look just as awesome as the inside does. I would recommend this place to anyone who is just starting out or needs a fresh start. Read More
