Profit over people
Living at Hue was a frustrating experience from start to finish. The front office was consistently unresponsive and unhelpful once the lease was signed. Whether it was noise complaints or safety concerns, everything was brushed off or ignored entirely. The community is loud, with frequent disturbances and no meaningful oversight from management.
It honestly feels like once they have your rent check, they stop caring about the tenant experience. I’ve never lived somewhere that felt so poorly... managed and indifferent to residents’ wellbeing.
Upon moving out I was charged over $400 in excessive and unjustified fees for very minor wear well within the scope of normal use (charged $160 for a carpet that was left spotless and would only take 5 seconds to clean if there was anything to clean. Charged another $160 on top of just general cleaning that everyone knows they were going to do anyways).
No pre-move-out inspection was offered, and the documentation was vague at best. Attempts to dispute the charges were ignored. Motto of this place is profit over people.
Save yourself the stress — look elsewhere.
